A Snag Proof Original Frog 11 years or so ago. But for some reason I got away from it for years. I went two nights ago and tried out my new Booyah Pad Crasher and had a 3 pounder crush it.

4" black w/blue fleck senko, T-rigged weightless 8 lb trilene xl, 6' med spinning rod (wife's outfit).

Didn't get an official weight, but it measured 27 1/2 x 20. I've caught a few fish close to 10 lbs before and this thing dwarfed them. But no picture so it didn't happen...

That must have been a fun fight! I believe ya.

6lb on SK rage blade black and blue with rage bug trailer

My three fish over 10lbs came on:

1. Alabama rig

2. 10xd

3. Grande bass rattlesnake

I've caught 100's of fish over 7lbs. Big crankbaits, jigs/10-12" worms, and the bama rig have caught the vast majority of those.
