If you didn't get an email saying you sent money or if it doesn't show up in your paypal account I would question if your order went through. Quote

Had a problem arise during the ordering process and he emailed me back within the hour. I was able to get the ordered submitted the 2nd time using my desktop computer and paid via credit card and not PayPal. Once the order was completed I got a few automated emails from Siebert with one containing the order details and the other as a payment confirmation. Mike did confirm that he got slammed with orders and would probably be a week or 2 before he has them complete. I would still contact him via PM or send another email just to confirm your order was received as well as payment. If there was a problem with something and the order didn't go through I bet Mike will make it right. He is one of the best guys to deal with and goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy. Quote

Super User flyfisher Posted July 9, 2015 Super User Posted July 9, 2015 Emails can get lost or put in junk folders and with a business, you rarely if ever go into a junk folder. I have ordered plenty of jigs from him in the past and haven't had an issue. I do want to say that my PayPal didn't go through until he accepted the payment and made it a legit transaction though on one order i placed during one of the sales. Quote

boostr Posted July 9, 2015 Posted July 9, 2015 That's why you order in bulk from Mike, that way when he is backed up you still have your favorite jig in your tackle box, and can fish on until your new order arrives. I usually order 3 or 4 of each, and now that I'm on the water I hardly lose anymore jigs because I can actually retrieve them if they get hung up in something. 1 Quote

I cant say I never miss one, but if I do its extremely rare. Especially customer emails. These are my top priority to answer. Typically during the day I respond within a few hrs if not faster then that. When ordering from our site you should receive an email from siebertoutdoors@gmail.com that states Order Confirmation Notice. This will have a copy of your order on it. If this email doesn't come across something isn't jiving correctly and please contact me to work through the issue. If for some reason emailing is not working which is real rare please pm me here or call me. I check in multiple times a day typically.
