Hey everyone,

I've used this forum often to look for tips, tricks, and advice but just recently signed up. I'm 26 and originally from Michigan right near Lake St. Clair. I joined the Army 6 years ago and am now in Fort Campbell, KY where I fish the Cumberland river and Kentucky Lake and small ponds/reservoirs and ill be moving to Georgia soon so I hope to find some good spots there, especially when I buy a Jon (only bank fishing now). I started fishing at an early age for stopped once I joined the army due to time but have recently started up again (about 1 year ago) since my son has taken a lot of interest. About 6 months ago I purchased my first baitcaster combo (UglyStick Elite Combo) and I liked it a lot so I've decided to upgrade and am now waiting on my St. Croix Mojo Bass 7' M fast with Shimano Curado reel 6.3:1 that ill be lining with suffix 832 50#. I will only have this and my 6'6 uglystick combo that I will be using so im hoping that covers most of what I need for bass. I'm hoping to get a lot of great knowledge from some experienced people, thanks!

Welcome sir and thank you for your service! We are all indebted to our many public servants. What do you plan on using your St. Croix/Curado combo for?
