6pointbuck2003 Posted July 7, 2015 Posted July 7, 2015 I'm looking for something comparable to the pro senko. I like the tapered tail bit don't feel like paying $7 a pack to get multiple colors. Thanks for the help. Quote
Super User FishTank Posted July 8, 2015 Super User Posted July 8, 2015 Reaction Innovation's Flirt comes to mind but nothing beats the pro senko. Quote
herruberraschen Posted July 8, 2015 Posted July 8, 2015 Don't jump me when you decide it isn't the same and/or doesn't catch as many fish but... Zoom Shakey Head Worm looks similar Quote
Super User Scott F Posted July 8, 2015 Super User Posted July 8, 2015 Case Plastics, Jacks worm has a tapered end. They aren't the most beautifully poured baits but they work. Quote
BASSPATROL247 Posted July 8, 2015 Posted July 8, 2015 Don't jump me when you decide it isn't the same and/or doesn't catch as many fish but... Zoom Shakey Head Worm looks similar Ive caught more fish on them than a senko or any other "senko style" bait...im sure cost is the main factor, fish them more.... 2 Quote
6pointbuck2003 Posted July 8, 2015 Author Posted July 8, 2015 Thanks for the help i like the options. I really like the way those flirts look. Quote
blckshirt98 Posted July 8, 2015 Posted July 8, 2015 Basstrix Loca-Motion but they're basically the same price as the pro senkos. If you're looking for cheaper baits I always get the 10% discount TW gift cards at the holidays, then when they have a normal sale like 15-20% off, use the gift card to pay for it - saves you 25-30%. ItsTig Posted July 8, 2015 Posted July 8, 2015 It is probably slower sinking than a senko, so not sure if it will work for you, but the Mister Twister Poc'it Shake'R worm is 6.5 inches long and a very similar shape. Again, not sure how much you need it to be like the pro senko, but I think a bass pro magnum cut tail worm is similar. It is a 16pk of worms for 4.99, and if you want just a tapered end you can always remove the little cut tail portion. A couple ideas, hope you find something that works for you, good luck! Quote
*Hank Posted July 8, 2015 Posted July 8, 2015 Reaction Innovation's Flirt comes to mind but nothing beats the pro senko. I agree, if it works just keep buying it! Quote
Super User kickerfish1 Posted July 8, 2015 Super User Posted July 8, 2015 Love the pro senkos fished on shakeyheads when the water is cold and clear. The laminate colors are outstanding! Quote
sp09 Posted July 9, 2015 Posted July 9, 2015 I like the power team lures 5" finicky tickler worm, it is a tapered worm and works great on a shakey head or on a drop shot. Chris. Quote
Super User ww2farmer Posted July 9, 2015 Super User Posted July 9, 2015 Yum thumping dinger. Cut the curly tail off, trim a bit, and you have a thin "pro senko" style bait for $2.99 a bag, instead of ridiculous gycb prices. Quote
ItsTig Posted July 10, 2015 Posted July 10, 2015 I forgot the Zoom Magnum Shakey Head Worm. I think the pro senko might be abit fatter, and it is abit shorter. The zoom worm is 7" and comes in a 15 pack for a little over $4. Quote
