Well, yesterday--my light rod snapped when trying to break it free from some brush. It was bound to happen and it's honestly a blessing in disguise because I've wanted another rod now.

Currently, I have a Shimano 6'6 MF rod.

What i'm going to do is post a selection of lures I have and I want advice. If anybody could point out which lures would go best with that and then suggest another rod to buy for the others, that'd be perfect.

Here's my top waters. From left to right in the back, I have a Heddon Zara Spook,  Bass pro Series Popper, Hedon Popp'n Image Jr, A Sebile Flatbelly Walker, Heddon Super Spook Jr & a Rapala Skitter Pop.

How would I rig this and with what hook & rod would it work best with?

Here's my hooks. I'm mainly asking how much you guys recommend the shakey heads I have. Also, which hooks would go best with the Fathead?

Which hooks up here would you use with Zoom Trick Worms, Senkos & Stanely Sidewinders?

Any and all help would be great! I use 10-12 lb mono as well but in needing to purchase a new rod that is quality yet easy on money, I will be getting braid.

Much appreciated!
