TommyBass Posted June 17, 2009 Posted June 17, 2009 I was wondering where you lure makers would buy some pre-formed jigs (without skirts). I was thinking about making my own combinations but Im not really wanting to pour lead right now. My personal preference for a jig is a larger hook and light-weight wire weed guard (I dont like the thick stiff ones). Painted is good as well, but I can do that if I need to. Any of you recommend a good place to buy some? I heard that fishing skirts.com was good for the skirts. Feel free to recommend a particular style or jig as well, Im always open to opinions. Quote
Fishwhittler Posted June 17, 2009 Posted June 17, 2009 jannsnetcraft.com and barlowstackle.com both have painted and unpainted jigs as well as skirt materials and trailers. Quote

bowtech_182 Posted June 21, 2009 Posted June 21, 2009 I have bought from CADMAN on this board and was very pleased with the jigs and his service. Just ask him for his catalog. Highly recommended. Quote
