Should get you close I hope.  Not grubs but more "worm" I guess if we would have to classify but should get you close. I have never fished any of these but wanted to throw it out here

Bruiser makes a ribbed double tail grub. Check out the Evil Twin.

Lunker City has quite a few iirc.  

 

 

Hydro tail grub has only one color available... I've been fishing it for several years.  Looking for more.

These guys make great baits and I LOVE their Ribbed grub.  Check out their Facebook page as they have waaaay more colors than on their website.  Their Natural Craw is amazing.  Check em out and give them a call.  They can do customs to, I believe.

Power Team Lures makes an awesome ribbed grub, it is a little long at 4.5" but the guys around my area say it is one of the best grubs you will ever use. It moves a lot of water, a little too much profile for the smallmouth but great if you want to swim in and around vegetation. http://www.powerteamlures.com/4-5-grub/
