brettherder Posted June 29, 2015 Posted June 29, 2015 Looking to purchase this rod specifically for fishing hollow bodied frogs and want your opinions and recommendations.. Does it perform like a typical extra fast or is it slower like many of the Dobyns rods? Mag heavy too much power or just right? Quote

shawnmc Posted June 29, 2015 Posted June 29, 2015 I have the Fury 735C. Definitely not a normal extra fast. Acts more like most companies fast. Great frog and pitching rod. Quote
raoka Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 piggy backing on this topic. curious how the fury 735c compares to the carbonlite 7'3" h xf. how does the tip of the fury compare to the carbonlite if anyone has used both rods? Quote
Trey Harpel Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 I have the 735 and your fine for throwing frogs... I use the savvy 735 or champ 735 for frogging and mainly the Champ 736 for more POWER Quote
