Ok I'll try doing that parking lot thing. Should I tighten the drag all the way when I do it?

Just tighten enough so that the spool does not slip.

I agree 100% with John G get the braid on TIGHT. 1st thing that came to my mind when saw the pics was line too loose.

The first pic spool looks fuller than the 3rd pic is it just the angle of the photo? The 3rd pic looks too low needs more line. If thats a full 150yd spool of line you can add mono line to fill it under the braid.

Yea it's different angles. I tried to follow 1/8 inch rule. But that's still not enough huh. And I will tighten it.

No it won't.

 

This braid was put on very tight.

Ok does this look any better? I hooked my frog to my back pack and walked out until I was at the end of my spool. With the rod tip up and bent as if I had a fish and with the star drag tightened I reeled all the way up.
