I mainly fish Strike King Red Eye Shad. I was curious if there is a lipless bait that has more vibration than the red eye shad ? Of the different baits I've tried, Red Eye Shad, to me seems to be the best  SO far.        I figured I would ask before buying...

I like Xcalibur. They are hard to find, but they are definitely my favorite. They're are places where you can find them for a steal though if you do find them?

Xcaliburs and the Spro Aruku Shads are my all time favorites. The Xcalibur is similar to the RES but gets bit more IMO. The Aruku Shad excels at being burned fast.

Definitely try the Bill Lewis and the Cotton Cordell Spots.....both excellent cranks for a low price. Sometimes they want one, sometimes they want the other.

I, too, like the Strike King Red Eye Shad (in Sexy Shad color).  The Academy brand H2O XPress are good too, if you're looking to save some coin. (although the bait monkey frowns on this...)

The Cotton Cordell Super Spots and Bass Pro Shops XPS Rattle Shads are both really overlooked.

I like the Xcalibur one knockers, they seem to draw larger than average fish for me and they work all year. If I have to go slow, nothing beats the Cotton Cordell Super spot 1/4oz, it can be reeled slower than any other bait and still vibrate and make noise, and it isn't the cheap ones you see in a blister pack at wally world, these are in a box, both are Cordell but they are not the same bait.

Ok, Thanks everyone. I was asking to try to find one that I could fish a little deeper that doesn't lose the vibrations when you slow down the reeling. I'll try some xcalibers and spots. So far, the RES seems the best I've used.

Your not going to lose vibration by letting it go deeper. Yesterday I caught two on Heddon Bayou Boogie by letting it fall to the bottom about 10 foot  . I wish I hadnt because I lost that irreplaceable lure. I was fishing from bank and knew better than to throw it .

I am an LV500 guy. Must be a west coast thing.
