Super User WIGuide Posted June 17, 2015 Super User Posted June 17, 2015 I'd go with 12 lb fluoro on the bait casters and 8 lb mono or 20 lb braid on the spinning. You could go with 8 lb fluoro on it too, if you use something made for spinning reels such as Berkley 100% Fluoro XL, but braid and mono will still handle just a tad better. 2 Quote
