My brother in law has worked for me for almost twenty years now.  We work heavy construction and  about once a year after a rain, an arrow head or sharks tooth is found.  Usually by him.  So I asked for one of his smaller arrow heads so I can put it in a rod for him.   Here is the build.

In addition to being a great foreman, he is also a master carpenter.  The massive rod stand in the pic is something he built for me out of recycled oak and it looks great.  It's only fitting that the first rod on it is for him.

That's sweet I had a similar idea this weekend at drill about in laying a bullet or 40mm grenade casing into a handle on a build. Can't wait to see how this build goes.
