Super User Sam Posted June 14, 2015 Super User Posted June 14, 2015 When I put the "ears" on the motor to run it to 1)make sure it starts before an outing and 2) to run the gas out of it the motor does not put out any water flow. When I put the boat in the water the motor runs great and it puts out a nice water flow. So guys, what do you think is happening to the motor? Quote
Super User Jig Man Posted June 14, 2015 Super User Posted June 14, 2015 Do you have the water turned on full blast? Quote
Super User Sam Posted June 14, 2015 Author Super User Posted June 14, 2015 No. But I have tried it at different pressures, including full blast down to low trickle. Quote
BassnChris Posted June 15, 2015 Posted June 15, 2015 Thermostat? Does it start flowing water as soon as you put it in or does it take a little bit? Has it ever spewed water with the ears? I turn the water up all the way when I use the ears. Quote
Super User Sam Posted June 15, 2015 Author Super User Posted June 15, 2015 Yes, it starts spewing water as soon as she starts. Yes, she has always spewed water with the ears. Thanks for the suggestion. Will turn water to high and let her rip. Sincerely appreciate everyone's feedback. Quote
