Swimbait Jig Head. What Ya Using?

I just got into tossing full body paddle tails and dig it. I ordered some 6th sense core X jig heads on the cheap. Just wondering which swimbait jig heads everyone likes and prefers for 3 to 5 inch paddle tails.

Big Hammer heads to match the Big Hammer bodies.  I also like the Buckeye J-Will heads.

I like the dirty jigs HD swimbait heads for larger 4 1/2"-6" paddle tails and a-rigs. The keitech super round tungsten heads are great for the smaller 4"- swimbaits, they're perfect for fat swing impacts and easy shiners.

VMC " Ike approved" swim bait heads, or the BOSS swim jig heads if I need something with a weed guard. An often overlooked presentation method that does quite well for me with skinny dipper and/or swimming senko style baits is just swimming it on a traditional T-rig with a sinker pegged to the nose, especially in and around shallow grass. I much prefer swimming them on that rigging method than I do any style of jig head, or belly weighted hooks.

I fish them on wobble heads,swing jigs or whatever you want to call them, im not so picky on brand but kinda partial to the gene lerew ones, the way they kinda roll side to side when you swim them i really like, i also will cast them and let them sit on the bottom for 5-10 seconds, sometimes for a minute or longer then pop them off the bottom or a long slow lift and let it settle ba ck on the bottom and it can be deadly sometimes,they usually hit it on the fall or when i pop it they will already have it. i let the bass tell me how to fish it though...

I don't know how I feel about doing it with just any swimbait as I sometimes think some don't swim right like that. It could just all be in my head. Rigging them this way is the only way to go when I drag them along the bottom. Pretty much like a c-rig in how I fish them. Just slowly pull it along a rod length at a time and it can work wonders.

Good times. I've hooked up with some walleye creeping it just above bottom. I'll kill it and as I start to slowly retrieve it she has already picked it up.

buckeyes or just got some custom ones from pro line lures that are nicely made with a screw lock for the bait.  haven't fished them yet, but they seem like nice quality.

Well yesterday I had to make do with what was available . I was bank fishing and had minimum tackle with me. I took a hollow body swimbait , cut a slit in the belly ,slid in a tube jig head and it worked perfectly .
