Smokinal Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 I went out this past Sunday 7th, 2.5 weeks after having my tricep re-attached to my elbow. My wife said I'm crazy but I felt ok. It was some of the most fun I've had fishing recently to be honest. A little uncomfortable but it was just nice to get out. We caught the bejeeses outta them too.....one armed. 11 Quote

shimmy Posted June 10, 2015 Posted June 10, 2015 Whatever you did with that artificial intelligence arm to catch that bass constitutes as cheating... Kidding of course. I'd say get better but by the looks of it you already are, nice fish. 2 Quote

Smokinal Posted June 10, 2015 Author Posted June 10, 2015 Whatever you did with that artificial intelligence arm to catch that bass constitutes as cheating... No PED's here! Great but don't over do. I'm trying not to but it's hard being good. Ned rig works great when you're limited for whatever reason. What Ned rig....?.?. Oh, that little thing. Ya, we stung a bunch of lips for sure. My buddy was crackin up watching me rip with my right arm only, then try and keep tension while geting that arm back down so I could get my left hand on the reel. What a fun day. Quote
Super User Senko lover Posted June 10, 2015 Super User Posted June 10, 2015 That's friggin awesome! Way to be a trooper! I'll think of you next time I feel like complaining about fishing in the hot NC sun........ 1 Quote
Smokinal Posted June 10, 2015 Author Posted June 10, 2015 You can't keep an angler down. Nice pix. Now to get back to the gym; which caused this whole mess to begin with. Quote

Thornback Posted June 10, 2015 Posted June 10, 2015 Today I had a bite and as my line was moving through the water I did a hard hook set straight up over my head. Just the line came flying back, no bobber and no hook. Now I got a sore bicep in my left arm. Quote
Smokinal Posted June 11, 2015 Author Posted June 11, 2015 ^^^Say it isn't so Thornback! Get some Naproxen in ya, ice it and take it easy for a day or 2. Hope all is well! Quote
Big C Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 After a few fishing trips with one hand, you're going to end up being an expert arm-wrestler Quote
