bassinyea Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Now that the fish are moving to their offshore spots, I have been having some luck with a hair jig fishing it on rocky ledges. I dont fish it a lot around stumps and brush because it gets hung up a lot. So far I have been using the cumberland prayer jig and I like it. I only have the 1/2 oz size. Just seeing if any of you on here have much experience fishing these lures and if so what size do you like the best. Have been wondering if the faster fall of the 3/4 seems to draw more strikes. OntarioFishingGuy Posted June 4, 2015 Posted June 4, 2015 I find that the lighter heads tend to fall slower and allow the hair to have more movement in the water. I only use 1/2 oz jigs in water deeper than 20 feet, 10 feet and shallower I use 1/8-3/16th. Quote
