Federico Li Posted June 2, 2016 Posted June 2, 2016 Awesome to hear that! First time at Chabot I was with a bunch of friends and really didn't have that much time to focus on fishing, but I heard boating near the island can yield some good fish. Will definitely give that a try! Looking forward to fishing Lafeyette as well! Thanks tons for the tips Quote
Gilgamesh Posted June 9, 2016 Posted June 9, 2016 I might be a bit late to the party, but I'm home for the summer in Lafayette, and if anyone wants to get together, let me know, maybe we can get together. Quote
Synwyn Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Bay Area fella here. Marina Bay. I have a bass boat docked up in Pittsburg for fishing the delta, and 2 Hobie i9s for yak fishing. Potentially interested in some new fishing pals. Quote

Bank fishermen though. Looking into a Hobie myself right now. How do you like the i9s? How far are you going out with them on the Bay? Quote

I've taken them everywhere in the bay, but with our wind conditions, there's no avoiding getting wet. I prefer to take them to lakes to stay dry. Quote
