CDMeyer Posted June 3, 2015 Author Posted June 3, 2015 Whoops, just read your first post. Didn't know you were fishing laysdowns and riprap. No, thank you I also fish around grass a lot so that helps big time!! In fact I fish grass more , I am just getting ready fir out High school state tournament and it is on a lake with lots of rocks Quote
RyanFishing Posted June 4, 2015 Posted June 4, 2015 6'10 mojo bass target cranked is a killer This is my squarebill rod and it is absolutely amazing! I throw them on 17# fluoro and rip them through almost every form of cover imaginable. Quote
thirtysixit Posted June 4, 2015 Posted June 4, 2015 7' Falcon Cara Composite Cranker. 12lb Big Game Mono. Works great for me. Quote
thirtysixit Posted June 7, 2015 Posted June 7, 2015 I'm liking the new bps crankin stick 6'6"mh I took a look at those the other day. Other than getting fish in the boat what features do you like? Quote
Bruce424 Posted June 7, 2015 Posted June 7, 2015 I think it's very light. Now, I don't buy rods that are really expensive but this one is the lightest one I have. I like the soft tip and a backbone to steer fish away from cover. Paired it up with revo sx 6.4:1. An ace setup for me 1 Quote
Bruce424 Posted June 7, 2015 Posted June 7, 2015 Just wish it was a full grip not a split grip. Not a fan of split grips. 1 Quote
