I like something with green pumpkin and a little chartreuse to imitate bluegill with soft plastics..

Green pumpkin or watermelon with just the tip of the tail dipped in some chartreuse JJ's does a great job.

A Lime-Purple Passion Havoc Pit Boss with the tip of the tail dipped in chartreuse JJ's is one of my favorite baits to pitch into grass when they're eating baby bluegills.

I used to fish with this old timer in a local club several years ago. He didn't win many tournaments but he always led in points for AOY. He always seemed to limit. I drew him once & he said his go to bait was a Green Pumpkin Fluke that he dipped just the tip of  the tail in Chartreuse & used a paint brush to put the same on the belly of the Fluke right at the chin. He fished it on a shakey head with a spinning rod. It didn't take long before I bought the koolade.

green pumpkin blue flake or GP...Black and blue and gp combo, firetiger grubs, but essentially, a worm dipped in chart looks like a bluegill to me and I love Motor oil chart as a combo if water is clear to mod stained, I use spike it markers and you can put chart on hardbaits as well, most shad in stained water have a chart flash to them as well....Get creative, you can buy Sunfish Laminate worms but at the end of the day they are simply a gp with orange so take a look at the Rage BLuegill flipping bait, can't think of name right now but they are all black blue, gp, watermelons etc...
