Gonna try and clear some confusion about my previous posts about certain boats would be fishable in tournaments to clear stuff up those were questions I had before I got my boat and I was still just curious whether it would be do able my boat that I have is a 14' flat Bottom with a 9.9 Johnson sorry again!

You need to have a live well in the boat .. And the most important part is the club , I have a 16ft Lowe Skorpion with a 20hp merc and some clubs don't want me ,because it's too small...

Every club has different rules and customs, but every club that I've ever had personal contact with has a live well requirement.

A lot of clubs have a minimum length also. I think it is usually 17 -18 feet for safety reasons.
