*Hank Posted May 15, 2015 Posted May 15, 2015 What model savvy for frogging? I'm looking for a new frog rod and would like a savvy as my new frog rod. Quote
DirtyDeuceGoose Posted May 15, 2015 Posted May 15, 2015 The general consensus will point you to the 735 as it seems like 99% of us use a dobyns 735 in one series or the other for frogs. Quote

Super User kickerfish1 Posted May 15, 2015 Super User Posted May 15, 2015 I have the 735 as a dedicated frog rod and love it. Not really a need to fish a rod above that pricepoint for frog fishing. The 734 is a good soft body frog and toad rod in more sparse cover but the 735 is the better option for hollow body frogs in heavier cover. Quote
