It wasn't because they were videotaping in a place without a roof it was because they were videotaping from an unauthorized location.  Don't you find it interesting that the evidence was destroyed after spigot too, hmmmm......There is also the whole video taping the rams walkthrough in the Super Bowl....don't think that because the Cheatriots are winning it is bringing hate.  They are not the most successful team of the past 10 years and they benefit from playing in an extremely weak division year after year.  There is always going to be a cloud of cheating over the organization until they prove otherwise and they had a shot this year and they blew it.

Lets try to be real about this. When its 3rd and 20, everybody in the stadium has a "feeling" the team will pass. Do they ever complete it? Sure of course they so! Make no mistake about it, the 22 players on the field determine the outcome of the game. Even if you know what the opponent is going to do, it doesn't mean you will be successful in countering it.

Ever notice that when players leave the Patriots they don't seem to do as well as they did with the Pats. Why? Because they don't cheat anymore? Its because Belicheck knows their skills and puts them in a position to succeed. The teams the ex-Pats go to expect them to perhaps do more than they are capable of doing to justify their lofty salaries. Maybe thats why the Pats wouldn't match the salary offers of the other teams to begin with.

By the way I believe that the video taping of the Rams was found to be a lie.

Funny that the Ravens were unable to figure out who to cover in their playoff game against the Pats, even after the refs told them who not to cover. Plays similar to this have been used since the 1950's and before. We used it in high school. The refs didn't tell anyone who to cover. These high school kids managed to figure it out on their own. Nobody claimed cheating. I loved it when Harbough claimed deception. Isn't that what football is all about? You think they are going left and they go right, you think pass and they run.

With Kraft not contesting the punishment from the NFL, what does that mean for Brady?

If Kraft does not contest the fines, does that mean the Pats are guilty?

Just a few thoughts.......

I thought the same thing that this is an admission of guilt and may be a ploy to separate themselves from Brady a little bit as his appeal is a different process.  I find it hard to believe that an arbiter will find them not guilty or change the punishment when the organization as a whole has agreed to the sanctions set forth by the league.

Nolo contendere! it is a legal term that comes from the Latin for "I do not wish to contend." It is also referred to as a plea of no contest.

I think Mr. Kraft has plead Nolo! Good, get it over with already, lol..

I wonder if Brady will spend more than the 2M he would lose for his 4 game suspension in legal fees lol

I actually wish he was playing in week 2... Would have loved to see Dareus, Hughes, Kyle Williams, and Mario Williams put him to the ground all day..
