A few nice smallies, lots of 15 inchers some nice largemouth and a swing and a miss on a 30"+walleye. My son had the walleye on his second cast of the trip. Got the beast up to the boat and it did a barrel roll before I could get it in the net, and swam away with his crankbait. Water temps 49*-55*. Probably another week or two before prime time. That's not all we did. Just got it back from the factory. They repainted it.  My son christened the new paint job. He apparently forgot how to dock the boat using a hotfoot. Such is life. The fishing made up for it.

Lunds & scratches go together at least my old Lund did. Good outing.

Scratches make a boat a "fishing boat".  If not it is either a trailer queen or a showroom queen!

i agree. At least I enjoyed the shiny new paint job for 3 weeks
