Yes, snell knot.

Most all of the pre made floro leaders are tied that way, Eagle Claw included

I have a bunch of them in my salt water box.

I see two knots, a snell knot and what I think is what is called an overhand knot. Am I missing something?

Snell Knot on the side with hook. On the tag end, it has a loop knot. The loop knot is used to connect the snelled hook to a swivel or another loop knot.
