This is why it's so easy to lose lures on the lake I fish. But I wouldn't

trade this lake for any other.

Frogs, jigs, and weedless swimbaits.  And really heavy braid.

I'm laughing out loud....or at least chuckling...as much as we all read this site and TONS of other information out there, you'd think we'd think more alike...

jigs, senkos, frogs, weedless swimbaits...in the first few replies....

and I was immediately thinking Squarebill!....and if that doesn't work, a Rage Tail Structure Bug on a Biffle Hardhead.

In a place like that, would you guys use Fluoro or braid? Not to hijack the thread, just wondering.

I use fluoro. It tears braid up to bad. I tried braid and it looked like a rag by the end of the day.

Depends. If your Like me, fluoro or mono depending on the bait that's getting play time. I only use fluoro on bottom contact baits. A jig would most def. Be getting thrown in there. If I were to go with square bill, spinnerbait, buzzbait, etc mono it is.

And NO SENKO's, just tubes and beavers, beavers and tubes.

Sorry couldn't help it when the first couple replies were to fish jigs and senko's.

That's the kind of stuff I love to find on the banks I am fishing. So much fun, so worth it to pick it apart and then do it all over again with another presentation.
