Picked up a 2015 F150 3.5L Ecoboost yesterday, has the aluminum body. Surprised at the different between the 2013 and the 2015 with the weight loss, you can tell the difference. A lot more options in this one too which is nice.

She is a beauty. Aluminum body. Does that mean less rust? If so I would think that would increase the future trade in value. When a black auto in clean nothing looks sharper.

Aluminum will not rust at all, shed a lot of weight too. Ford says 700lbs, not sure it meets that but it is noticable when driving it.

Black is my favorite color for trucks, its harder to keep clean but looks so good especially with the chrome package. Need to get a pic of the front, the black with chrome on the front grille looks great.

Oddly I think the oddest change is going from a backup camera in the rear view mirror to the display being in the 8 inch My Touch screen.

Nice Truck ~

Congrats

And I have that in dash style camera view and I like it.

For parking or guiding a hitch ball into the trailer coupler it's nice.

There is also a "Guide" (sort of like a grid) which displays on the screen indicating where I'm headed - very handy.

yeah the guide is nice, this one is the first one I had which has the lines adjust as you turn the steering wheel.

Very sharp looking truck Brian! Black goes with any color boat as well. Enjoy!

Retiredbosn, this is my second Ecoboost. Normal driving I got 18mph, cruising on the highway I got as high as 24. Power is outstanding, the torque is down low where you need it. Towed boats and horse trailers (2 horse) with no issues hardly know they are there. Guys in my fishing club have 2011 with over 80k miles towing 21ft rangers with zero problems.

Just got back from looking at the new ones -

Being a Professional Grade guy - It'll be a 6.2L with a Hydra-Matic 8-speed.

Do love the new truck smell though
