WPCfishing Posted April 29, 2015 Posted April 29, 2015 This is an east shore, all gravel from 1-4 feet then gravel and rocks out to 6-9. Water temp is 60-61 degree's. Water color is dark. Wind is from the NW at 8mph. Rained Monday, SE winds were at 15mph, Today was cloudy until noon, then sunny. Air temp was high 50s to low 60s each day. Point faces WNW. So where should the bass be right now? What bait would you throw? (a known spawning area) Quote
Lendiesel22 Posted April 29, 2015 Posted April 29, 2015 I think they would be on the 1st break 4 to 6ft. I would fish the transition from gravel to rock with a square bill. 1 Quote
CRANKENSTIEN Posted April 29, 2015 Posted April 29, 2015 They will be on the north to north east side of this point to the point in 6 to 8 ft. I would fish a series 5 or dt 10 if a crank doesn't work then a jig the same spot. If the sun was on the SE cove with no wind it is possible they could be shallow over there in dark water. Square bill or jig then. Quote
Super User DogBone_384 Posted April 29, 2015 Super User Posted April 29, 2015 I can tell you they're not where I was fishing @ Wampatuck State Park, Hingham, MA.... 2 Quote
