I am thinking you are talking about the mustad grip pin max?  Best hook I have used so far.  Thick enough to keep from bending or flexing but thin enough to easily get good penetration.  Grip pin holds the bait in place really well.  First trokars I ever bought the point rolled over on them after just a couple of fish so I never bought anymore.

I Like mustad a lot. Very stout and a large bend keeps the bass pinned.

Trokar nasty flipping hook is great too. More compact than mustad and noticeably sharper and has a tight bend in the hook that keeps em pinned. Haven't hooked any bass over 2 pounds so it's durability is a question.

I'd have a hard time switching away from Owner.  I haven't used that specific hook but if its anything like their flipping hook I would stick with Owner.

Used to use a lot of trokar but the keeper barb chews up plastic worse than the fish. I've switched to the Mustand Denny Brauer Grip Pin Max's and love them.
