Went out Wednesday 4/20 looking for bedding fish, found none. It was a very windy day and I didn't feel like fishing the rough main lake. Checked out the creeks and Bays in the sinking creek area, like I've already stated no bedding fish. Talked to two different groups at the ramps both pre fishing for tourneys this weekend. Bass are suspending off of points waiting for the herring to swim by. Weighted flukes and scrounger heads in twenty feet was the pattern mid week. Will probably stay that way until fall. Still find a few fish way up creeks, but the main population are on the summer pattern now.

Thanks for the info.  I fished a week ago or so when it was 15+mph wind.  Same pattern, I caught some throwing a spinner bait over main lake windy points.  I am going to give it a shot friday afternoon.
