I have about 750 bucks to spend. I am thinking a all around spinning rod/reel and 1 baitcasting combo(something i can throw some jigs/chatterbaits/spinner baits in the 1/2 oz to 1oz range). Not looking to break the bank on these but looking for qaulity

Whats going in my tackle box?!?!?! I went to the store and didn't know where to start. I mean I had boxex upon boxes of stuff and I am drawing a blank.

I wouldn't do it all at once on the tackle.  Choose a few baits you like to fish and have had success with, fish them and then build a new tackle box slowly from the bottom up.  It can actually be a good thing to start over - you know what didn't work for you in the past and can avoid those mistakes and end up with a better fish-catching selection based on experience and tailored to how you personally fish.

I saw on the Southern NH thread that you're moving back up to NH, whenever you do, I have a big old bucket of soft plastics that you're welcome to pick through and take what you'd like.  And I probably have some other stuff too, I'll check when I get home.  Just shoot me a PM.
