Nice, but I have to ask...was it the fisherman or the reel that scored?  if the reel, then I will take my new-2-me Scorpion with me to Florida this coming weekend.  Need all the help I can get.  :teeth:

So your saying get a scorpion over the bb1 pro?

Not at all. I say, get whatever appeals to "you". I had several Lews reels. They were great. Some reason I just morphed

into a Shimano "fanboy". But Lews are growing in popularity daily, it seems. I think they are proving themselves in

durability. Get the reel "you" want. You'll never be happy with something someone else talked you into purchasing.

X2.  You know what the old adage is:  "Different strokes for different folks."  What tickles my fancy may not even come close for you.

Nice.  Can compare the Scorpion to anything else you have fished?  I have been thinking of getting JDM reel and this looks like one I can afford.

Just like the Curado i. Different paint, and a couple extra bearings. I also got this cheaper than the Curado.
