Super User *Hootie Posted April 14, 2015 Author Super User Posted April 14, 2015 So your saying get a scorpion over the bb1 pro? Not at all. I say, get whatever appeals to "you". I had several Lews reels. They were great. Some reason I just morphed into a Shimano "fanboy". But Lews are growing in popularity daily, it seems. I think they are proving themselves in durability. Get the reel "you" want. You'll never be happy with something someone else talked you into purchasing. Hootie 2 Quote

Super User FishTank Posted April 14, 2015 Super User Posted April 14, 2015 Nice. Can compare the Scorpion to anything else you have fished? I have been thinking of getting JDM reel and this looks like one I can afford. 1 Quote

What tickles my fancy may not even come close for you. 1 Quote

I have been thinking of getting JDM reel and this looks like one I can afford. Just like the Curado i. Different paint, and a couple extra bearings. I also got this cheaper than the Curado.
