I've got an unused  gen 1 Cumara CUC 68M that I have had laying around for some time and I'm thinkin of putting one of the Team Lews Lites on it to throw weightless senkos and flukes. Does this sound like a workable combo? Any comments welcomed.

What was your bad experience with lews ? I like to ask this when people say one product is better then another but give no justification. Op I say yes get the Lews you will love it. I know I do and a lot of other people here do. Great reels.

Team Lites are sexy, and this is coming from a guy with multiple high end Daiwas and Shims. You'll be happy with that combo.

I'd get a Shimano reel, OCD kickin in. If it's a shimano rod it needs a shimano reel lol.

I'd get the new Aldebaran 50HG fron Japan Lure Shop!

^^ lol not everybody has 400$ lying around. BTW, that combo you have should suit you pretty well.

It is under three hundred at JLS. I figure that the man has a really nice rod, why not put a really nice reel on it.
