Hi just picked up a 87 starcraft pro bass 170v 115 merc 50 lb all terrain tm cleaned and washed it today needs a couple tlc items but its ready to fish should scoot with the 115

I have a 2005 Starcraft PT160 (Tinboat). My boat isn't a "Bass Boat" as such but has a platform on the bow and works as needed. It isn't as big as yours (16 foot) and has a 50 HP Mercury, I get 35 MPH out of it so your boat should clip right along. I think Starcraft is a great boat, they really are nice/well made.

 

Now, if only the ice would melt.

How true the st croix river is open now enough for me to try it out some of the ponds are open not too long now

Not my first one per se but first one in a couple years took time off to enjoy other hobbies "motorcycle" got a good deal so here I am again look out!! Mr Bass
