I'm taking a leave of absence from here and most everywhere else. While I get my mind right and come to terms with my life. Last year was one of the roughest life has ever thrown at me. I am mentally, emotionally, and physically gone. I'll be back before it's all said and done. However, I can't keep going like this. Yall be good, and I will see yall later.

Maybe it would be a good idea to go and talk with someone that could help put whatever your situation is in prospective. Don't be afraid to ask for help!

Life comes at us fast sometimes.

Adversity provides an opportunity for growth but it's never easy.

Remember what's important.

Bass Resource isn't the issue....just sayin'

Go fishing. I went for the first time since October. It was 12* out and boy did it feel good. Cleared up my head a little. Caught some walleye and saw some bald eagles and froze my azz off. I'll still be here if you return. If not, I had it coming.

Peace

You need to get yourself a ladle.  It does wonders for one's self confidence.

My divorce finalized last wednesday. So that was a relief. As far as the girl friend and what not. I have never been happier. It's just all the other stuff life has thrown at me over the last year that I'm trying to work through. After my nice fishing trip today with the girlfriend and her niece things are starting to seem better. I forgot how therapeutic fishing can be. I've been three times in the last three days and it's apparently starting to make a difference.

At least I know it's not depression dragging me down. I'm too arrogant to be depressed.

Jacob? I always thought your first name would have been Baron or Butch or Rocky or Boss or Duke.  Never would have thought of Jacob. Anyhow welcome back. Your sense of humor never left.
