Is there such a thing?

We have this little "Tackle Business" and we pretty much have one local guy that keeps us busy with ordering stuff, cause he is one of those guys, if he catches fish on one lure, he will need another 200 of them lol

He is interested in a weedless tube jig, and I haven't seen one on the internet. Any ideas guys? Im not above buying a used mold or something and doing some modifying.

Most are also thinking that it would be kind of dumb to buy a mold for one guys order...well, the guy im speaking of heard about 5 years back that Reaction Inovations was going to close up shop...he bought 100 BAGS off corndog color beavers hahaha he still has 3 two gallon bags full of them

I use my regular mold.  I took a piece of wire and taped it where I wanted the weed guard.  Then I put it in a vise and squeezed it down tight.  I opened it up and there was a grove in the mold just big enough to hold 90# sevelon or surflon coated cable.  The groove isn't large enough to bother me when I don't pour with the weed guard.

Yep, Jig Man pretty much laid it out for you, there isn't a mold I know of so you have to modify one. For tube heads I like using .015 steel wire and you could do the same thing with that as what Jig Man described. Set the wire in the mold in the position you want and then close the mold and put it in a vise, (wooden blocks on each side to protect the mold) and then tighten it down until it closes, this will leave a slot for your weed guard. The problem is the other cavities depending on how long you make the weed guard, good luck.
