dtanner1865 Posted March 23, 2015 Posted March 23, 2015 Hi guys. This is my first post but I am a long time reader of these forums. I was recently promoted at work and had to transfer from Clarksville, TN to Norman, OK. I shared a boat with my father and friends so the transition back to bank fishing here has been a shock to my bass fishing success. Also if you guys have any decent bodies of water that hold fish other than Lake Thunderbird. I have yet to visit Lake Stanley Draper. i have also done some research on joining a bass club in this area but cant find any contacts online. Any help you guys have on places to fish or clubs in this area would be much appreciated. Go Titans. 1 Quote

Rockstar67 Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 Hi. I'm new to this forum as well. Lake of the Arbuckles is a little less than an hour south of Norman, and you also might consider Lake Murray near Ardmore. I saw you mention it, but have you fished out at Lake Thunderbird yet? 1 Quote

gripnrip Posted February 13, 2017 Posted February 13, 2017 I'm here. Been here. LOL I'll be heading to Grand Saturday to take the boat out for the first time this year. I have a tournament there on 3-4. I will also be contributing on the Oklahoma lake report thread. I live in the Tulsa area and usually stay in the NE part of the state. 1 Quote
