Super User scaleface Posted March 20, 2015 Super User Posted March 20, 2015 I never dyed baits , before but Bought a 4 pack of Spike It markers and been fooling around with them. I really like the way I can change a single tone worm into a mottled lifelike looking thing . It may not help me catch more fish but they sure look more like a living creature to me. Anyway , they are on clearance cheap . Will they stay good for several years or go bad ? Quote
Super User A-Jay Posted March 20, 2015 Super User Posted March 20, 2015 Keeping the caps on & storing them in a zip lock bag, I have a few that have lasted a couple of season so far. Even without the bag deal, I'm thinking they'll be good for a year any way. Nice accent / scent to a bait - And They Do Not Spill . . . . A-Jay 2 Quote
Blues19 Posted March 20, 2015 Posted March 20, 2015 I got one about 10 years ago and never really used it much. Found it in an old box and still works. So I wouldnt worry about it drying up, as for how much ink, im not sure. But if its on clearance, get a pack or two. 1 Quote
