Spent several days ice fishing over the past weekend and caught some really nice fish including a new PB brown trout.  Here are the pics!

Wow those are huge! They look skinny for lake run fish though?

Post spawn fish. Not 1 was still dropping eggs.

Oddly enough, ran into a guy Monday morning that grew up fishing for browns in the harbors on the Great Lakes. He was telling me about how he used to complain about catching 5 pounders, as we were catching 1 and 2 pound rainbows. I'd love to make the trip up there to fish for some of those monsters!

Yep, I have fished with him a couple times and we have become pretty good friends.  Very cool dude!
