When any 8 out of the 10 have cleared up, that'd be the official 'post-spawn'   :Victory:

I can tell you they weren't in any mood to bite

this afternoon.

But I concur with your diagnosis/analysis, Catt!

11. Joints ache too?

I got it all too but the ice is still on here? The spawn I'm feeling is the very big fat does here every night eating my molasses coated corn.

These does were fawns once which I fed too. They remember to come back to eat in the cold. There daddy is a 16 to 18pts 300lb buck. I been giving him a by run so he can spread those special genes.

Definitely not. Fish were cruising and sitting near the bank, I would cast a wacky finesse worm way past them and work it up to them, they would just stare at it! Bass from 10"-5lbs all behaving the same way. Hopefully they won't be in a funk like this for much longer.

Disappointed. I thought by the title of the thread I was going to open it up and see a 10 pounder

You ever try netting a 10-pounder while sneezing in a zombie-like state with head pressure & watery eyes?     :sad-023:

They don't grow bass that big up here. I have netted five 2 pounders :eyebrows:  Does that count?

take a couple shots or so of moonshine, will clear all that right up...

Mix up some Apple pie and everything clears right up.

Actually since we are on this subject, I have been told a great way to fight this seasonal change is by eating raw honey from local bees. Has any one tried this?

I usually put my efforts into not getting sick rather than trying to cure it with hundreds of methods after. It is not that hard guys, warm clothing, wasyh hands, watch bit what you eat and stay away from sick colleagues. Has worked for me every spring.

That does nothing to stop allergies ;)
