I'm glad Suh will be getting penalty flags and suspensions somewhere else next year. Poor Aaron Rodgers was sick of getting stepped on every Thanksgiving.

Wow!  The Colts and the Eagles are making wholesale changes, whereas the 49r's are giving them away like they're having a firesale!  But hey, at least they re-signed....Gabbert. :dazed-7:

Graham for Unger was a good trade.  Unger was injured most of the season, and that didn't affect a 2nd trip to the Superbowl now did it?  So it's a minor loss for a big offensive weapon.

And the Raiders made some significant moves today.  They just need a better coach now.

Lets not forget Haloti Ngata to fill Suh's gap in Detroit! for a 4th and 5th round pick, not too shabby.

Packers re-signed Bulaga to a 5-year contract about 7 million a year.

Looks like Julius Thomas is going to Jacksonville, along with ex-Packer CB Devon House.

Murray looks like he has committed.... to not being a cowboy haha.

With Gore going to Indy, we will see if Philly and Dallas make a run for Spiller.

Revis back to the Jets. Probably his last big fat contract. Went chasing the cash. Guess I can't blame him.

I don't blame him one bit ...

Drafted by the Jets ... 1st paycheck

Tampa ... 2nd big paycheck

N.E. ... SuperBowl & paycheck

back to the Jets ... Last big check ... will retire where he started.

His agent will be getting a lot of calls!   This is a pro football players DREAM scenario.

Note he needed to back it up on the field.  I am NO Jet or N.E. fan but I like Revis.

I couldn't agree more -

Who wouldn't want more money for less work.

After all, Revis is going back to his favorite schedule;  Jan & Feb off - no more pesky playoff to fool with.

Its just a great time of year when you get to watch people who are grossly overpaid for what they do, pledge alliegence to their current team, and then leave for another team that offers a dollar more. They say its not about the money ... but it pretty much always is. There are lots of "I's" in "team" at this time of year.

Lucky  they excel at sports or most of them would be working at the local car wash.

Wow.  Tell us how you really feel.  Working in a car wash if they didn't excel at sports?  I'll have you know that many of these players are extremely intelligent and could get into most any line of work they want.

I find your post highly offensive!

Maybe if you read the post more carefully you would have noticed that I said MOST not ALL. By the way I went to a big sports school (at the time) and personally knew a lot of the athletes. Many of them went on to play in the NFL. It seems that the athletes were able to get tests before hand to study from! Even so many of them still couldn't pass the tests. If they were so intelligent, why was this a standard practice?

Buzz, I also worked at many less than stellar jobs, but I didn't make a career of them. Did you?

I guess we will find out if Murray is worth $40 million. Where as Forsett is $9 for three years in Baltimore.

Dang my team again doing nothing. Okay Torrey Smith and Dockett but that's it. Last I heard they was letting Stevie Johnson go since he won't take a cut.

Lots of changes for the 49ers still coming.  We'll see how we end up this year.

Yep. I did just read they released Stevie Johnson. They had great conversation with Reggie Bush but I think that's a dumb move for 49er if sign him. Waste of signing. Get another receiver or something I been screaming about in a good corner.

I'm still upset about Gore leaving and Patrick Willis retiring. Hopefully Bowman can return to his form and Dockett not hampered by injury. I guess Jimmy Ward will make a run at starting corner.

Well, I can tell you that Pat loves to bass fish, so he will have more time for that now!

and we signed ryan matthews too so idk what were gonna do with murray, matthews, and sproles but now we need to focus on the receiving core!

Smith and Willis will be making announcements soon.

49ers will be a different team next year.  Anxious to see how this all works out.

Congenital Niner fan here. there is so much ego permeating their front office now, I'm not sure I'll be able to watch whatever team takes the field in the fall. I think it is apparent what the players feel about these recent decisions.

Darren McFadden to Dallas. Fins are busy too. Traded for WR Kenny Stills from NO and signed TE Cameron. Rams signed Fairley.

Redskins beefing up the defensive line with the additions of Stephen Paea(4 years 21 million) and Terrance Pot Roast Knighton(1 year 4 million). We also signed 49ers CB Chris Culliver to a 4 year 32 million dollar deal.

next targets up Chiefs safety Ron Parker and Seattle safety Jeron Johnson(visiting the Redskins on Sunday)...

Scot McCloughan working free agency brilliantly, feels good to finally have a real general manager with a successful track record. Cant wait for the draft, we finally have a first round pick again after the RG3 trade...

Well 49er signed Reggie Bush. I don't mind him and was a fan when he was at Miami and Detriot. Not so much at NO but I think a waste of money and signing. Hunter if can return from injury I would think be our 2nd back and I would think Hyde be our starter.

I don't care much for Steele nation but do like their pick up in RB Williams from Carolina.

Vikings cut Greg Jennings. I wonder where he ends up next?? I also wonder how things going to play out for Wallace in Vikings, Marshall in NY Jets, and Harvin I'm Buffalo?

Eagles made a lot of moves and if you look at the backfield as a whole, it is better than it was last year and it costs less and it isn't reliant on one main player.  As much as i like shady and hope he plays well, i see how the move made sense.  The Foles for Bradford trade has me scratching my head but being i was never a Foles guy, i am indifferent.  I think Bradford is solid, if he can stay healthy and he will finally have the luxury of a pretty good offensive line. They shored up the secondary with still some more to do there, got a potential stud at MLB but they are seriously lacking at the WR spot and depth at offensive line is a concern as well.

Guess we will see what happens....

and as far as being grossly overpaid, i can't disagree more.  people are paid what people are willing to pay.  just because you weren't good enough to do it, doesn't mean they shouldn't get paid as much as they want.  And as far as allegiance to a team goes, as soon as the teams can't cut you at any time then i will be more inclined to say yeah they should show some allegiance but until then, they need to get paid when the can.

i was looking a reggie bush's stats and i can't believe how much they've decreased last season (remember when he got hit by sheldon brown) lol but I'm not a fan of the steelers either especially ben rothlisberger since he "allegedly" raped that girl but hopefully marshall  does good I've looked at him differently since he came out with personality disorder and for harvin back with rex i don't care for either of them
