I know all Walmarts are completely different with clearance and stuff, but with Walmart getting all of their new goods mine had a lot on clearance to make room for the newer stuff. I would suggest looking. (Our outdoor clearance is in an aisle hidden in the middle of an aisle 3 away from the fishing stuff.  They try to hide it!)  I found War Eagle Trokar spinnerbaits for $1.50, wiggle Warts for $2, Luck E Strike Clunn Square Bills for $2.50. Gamakatsu EWG 5 packs for $1.50. Yall need to go check and see if you can find some good scores. Please let me know if anyone else scores some good deals.

Ive picked up some Owner Twist Lock hooks $2.oo . Like you a couple of Rick Clunn cranks. I'm keeping my eye on some Falcon rods. They are marked down to 99.00 thats not great . If they get down to around 60 I'll buy what they  have .

Seems like the Walmart's around here will have great sales on terminal tackle and I stock up when the price is right. It doesn't seem like there are as many deals on the lures though. My first baitcaster come from a Walmart clearance sale...30.00 Abu Black Max Combo. It is still catching fish to this day!!!

The Walmarts around here always have a lot of fishing stuff on "clearance" but the prices are pretty much retail.  I keep waiting for them to drop but they never do.

I saw these baits last week for at least one or two more bucks. I just found the clearance aisle last week. I normally just went to the fishing and left the sporting goods, this time i looked around a bit more and found the clearance tabs.  It was a good find. $94 on TW for $31.  Not a bad deal in my eyes

We have 5 Walmarts in our small town and they're all terrible fishing wise.

Last year I loaded up on spook Jr's for $1.50 each- but that's about the best thing they've ever done.

Man I wish I could've found those war eagle spinnerbaits OP! That's the only ones I use! That's an awesome find/deal! Our Walmart doesn't even carry them- I get them at dick's.

My Walmart had vendetta's and Bucoos marked down like $1 for 7-8 months, then I showed up one day and they had a bunch of rods in the corner. Bucoos $25, vendettas $15, Vengeance $15, Daiwa Jupiters $15, KVD Crankbait rods $35.

I bought (not all for myself) : 2 Vendettas, a Vengeance, 4 Daiwa Jupiters, and 1 Bucoo (should have bought the other one too).

So keep a sharp eye on them!!!1
