I've paid for mine, but it's on backorder until (I hope) mid-March. On this unit, does water temp display all the time, or is it necessary to push a button (or something) to see the temp?

It is a digital readout that you select to display if you have the choice to not display it.

 

There are not many choices with that unit if any.

 

The Helix 5 DI GPS model would have more digital readouts.
