I used to, its decent but not very smooth. It is no longer in my rotation There are better options out there, mine got replaced with a Pflueger Supreme MGX which has been very good.

Got a 3000 Series and have had no problems with it. Like the oversized spool for line management. Seems like a solid reel for the money.

which model? I tried the previous model and didn't like it. It's two heavy & big for my liking. I then bought a lexa 1500 and am pretty happy with it so far.

I used the 1500 size (on a 7' Carrot Stick) this past year.  Absolutely loved it no problems, it's a great deal on TW.  Caught my third biggest bass on it.

If you are looking for a 2000 or 2500 size, check with St.Croix for a great deal on their closeout STX models (older Exceler models).  These are not the new EXE models but the older one.  I just ordered a few myself.

Also, I think the new Cabela's Tournament ZX is the Daiwa Exceler EXE, on sale right now for $64.
