Basically you Texas rig a ribbon or cut tail worm in the middle. Then you insert a dry wall screw into the head of the worm. It should be rigged with the point of the hook pointing towards the tail. Great rig with finesse worms, Damiki Hydras, Yamamoto Ika's etc. Played with it some ... caught on it just by casting it out, letting it hit bottom and then fishing it like a shakey head ... drag, jiggle, jiggle. Besides that it is the same as the neko rig. I would fish it the same way I described above. Quote

Another type of chicken rig would be a sabiki, used to catch live bait. In freshwater it's called a drop shot rig. Quote
