Considering selling the 2500HD and getting a new 3500HD Denali Dually crewcab.  Anyone here drive one daily?  Roads here are good, we have a good size parking lot at the office, parking not an issue in general for the most part.  If it is an issue we can take the wife's car.

I'm not using it to tow anything at the moment, but if Ranger announces a 522C I would be highly inclined to get one.  Would also probably put an ARE fiberglass tonneau on it and carpet kit for the bed.  I'd be able to haul several cases of wine and liquor in it.  :)

I drive a 99 F350 daily and its not bad.  Especially if you already drive a 2500.

I have an F-450 Diesel Dually.  The turning radius is excellent, so parking generally isn't an issue.  However finding a spot long enough can be, at times (it's a king cab w/long bed).  Also, there are few parking garages with a high enough clearance for it.  Something to consider if you need to go downtown.

One thing's for sure, it likes to have weight in the back.  So it's a bit bouncy when empty.  Not a major issue except on longer drives. Then it wears you down.

I test drove the '15 Denali dually and I have to say it's much quieter than the '11 2500HD I drive now.  I had heard the upgrades were substantial.  They weren't kidding.  I've had 95000 worry free miles on my HD.  other than normal maintenance it's been completely issue free.  I haven't heard much of the new truck, but the powertrain is the same so I'm thinking they should be equally reliable.

I drive a 2005 Chevy 3500 dually with a Duramax. Great truck with plenty of hauling capacity and lots of power. Only issue is drive thrus at fast food places and the bank.

Nix the carpet.  GM now offers, and it may be standard on the Denali, a spray on bed liner, that matches the body color.  I've seen a couple and really like what I've seen.

It covers the entire interior of the bed up to the rails.  Durable, and nearly impossible to scratch.  And, if you want, you can install your carpet over that.

The thing I don't like about fitted carpet or mats is that for me, they collect a lot of junk around, and under the edges.  It depends on how you use your truck and what you carry.

I used to drive a Chevy crew cab dually, with a long bed. Wheel base was almost 14 feet, I really liked mine. After having it and getting used to it, parking was a non issue, could haul anything I wanted. The ride is allot stiffer than a 2500 but nit terrible. Good luck

Ask yourself, Is there really a good reason I don't want a new and better truck?

I have the carpet liner now with the ARE Tonneau on the 2500HD.  It's like having a huge trunk.
