KenG85 Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 Are many people here fishing from kayaks? I've been doing for 2 years now and love it. Thought I would share my videos from the past season.. 10 17 14 Kayak Bass Fishing West Virginia: Quote

Nelson Wormefeller Posted February 25, 2015 Posted February 25, 2015 Yep. Only way I can get onto the water (when it's not frozen). Quote
MikeJames Posted February 25, 2015 Posted February 25, 2015 I do. Last year I bought a tarpon 120 and ended up selling my boat. 1 Quote
Super User scaleface Posted February 25, 2015 Super User Posted February 25, 2015 I bet you kayak fishermen catch more fish per hour than the Bass Boat guys just because of the waters you fish. I canoe and have a plastic portable boat and those hard to get to spots are often loaded with eager fat bass . Quote
boostr Posted February 25, 2015 Posted February 25, 2015 Getting my Feelfree Lure 10 or 11.5 in the next couple of months. Really looking forward to it. Quote
chrisdm4 Posted February 25, 2015 Posted February 25, 2015 Love my kayak! Best way to explore water by me. Good exercise too! Quote
Super User Choporoz Posted February 25, 2015 Super User Posted February 25, 2015 Got myself one for Christmas! Quote
Super User Felix77 Posted February 25, 2015 Super User Posted February 25, 2015 Oh yeah! There are plenty of us ... Of course my Yak is frozen right now. Once the thaw hits I am cruzin' in my Ride 115x 2 Quote
KenG85 Posted February 25, 2015 Author Posted February 25, 2015 Awesome. I have a bunch of gear sitting inside ready to be mounted! Its going to be a good season, I can feel it. Quote
Super User J Francho Posted February 25, 2015 Super User Posted February 25, 2015 Even one of the mods is an OG kayak basser… 3 Quote
Dylcook91 Posted February 25, 2015 Posted February 25, 2015 I sold my kayak, and got a jon boat which I love when on bigger lakes with easy access. Now I'm thinking of getting a kayak again, but getting the lightest one I can. So I can take it where ever I want, hiking if I have to. With only one rod, and a plano box with mixed lures It would be like finesse kayaking hahaha Quote
Super User buzzed bait Posted February 25, 2015 Super User Posted February 25, 2015 i'm fishing in a wilderness ride 135 myself Quote
bassinnoobie Posted February 25, 2015 Posted February 25, 2015 Acsend D10 not a fishing kayak but who cares I love it Quote
Dylcook91 Posted February 26, 2015 Posted February 26, 2015 Acsend D10 not a fishing kayak but who cares I love it It gets you on the water, it gets you fish. Doesn't need to be fancy. I know I've caught bass on some sketchy boats that probably werent even sea worthy hahaha 1 Quote
