Have one in the boat. Hasn't been abused and it's still reading accurate.

I purchased one last summer and it's been a good little scale for the price.  I've weighted known amounts and its pretty darn accurate.  

 

I keep it in a plano box to keep it dry - I've heard they hate getting wet.
