countryboy65 Posted February 23, 2015 Posted February 23, 2015 Just ordered a temple fork outfitters tactical casting rod, 7'3" heavy from tackle warehouse. Anybody have any of these or know anyone with them? good reviews on the website, i'm excited to get it. Quote
Ozark_Basser Posted February 23, 2015 Posted February 23, 2015 I own the 7MH signature series which is the cheaper model and I love it. The tip on both the signature and tactical series are really soft, but they don't lack in backbone one bit. They are light for the price point as well. I think you'll like it. Quote
Super User SirSnookalot Posted February 23, 2015 Super User Posted February 23, 2015 I have used one a few times, one of my fishing buds has a 7' med signature 6/12 3/4 oz spinning. He uses it for bass fishing but he is primarily an inshore fisherman (usually fly rods). I am witness to him consistently throwing 2 oz bottle poppers, have seen him land quite a few snook and jacks up to 20#. I like this rod a lot, it's a winner IMO, have never seen a non surf rod cast so far. Quote
Robert Riley Posted February 23, 2015 Posted February 23, 2015 I had the 6'6 MF action, broke an eye off catching a 3lber, simple fix though. I did like it, nice rod, light and balanced, good rod for the money. Quote
