bassinnoobie Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 If I had a dollar for every time I have checked my email today... I want that rod bad!I know I could buy 4 or 5. Quote
ABW Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 If I win that justifies buying a new reel right????????? Quote
Super User slonezp Posted February 24, 2015 Super User Posted February 24, 2015 Shouldn't bass resource members with a 1000 posts and better get preferential treatment in the giveaway. It's actually 1050 posts gets preferential treatment. Sorry 1 Quote
Matthew2000 Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 Shouldn't there be a minimum post requirement aswell ? Like at least 40. Seems kinda unfair that someone who never participates in the forums or never will after this is done has an equal chance as someone who has been on for more than 2 weeks? Seems like so one could signup just for the chance of a new rod and we never hear from them again. Just my 2 cents. Quote
Super User Dwight Hottle Posted February 24, 2015 Super User Posted February 24, 2015 I think Matthew is right. Minimum post content should be appropriate, say 4500 on up . 3 Quote
Super User F14A-B Posted February 24, 2015 Super User Posted February 24, 2015 Well, I say age 50 and above only be considered! Quote

Will Wetline Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 Take an arbitrary number of posts say, 368. That bassmaster should win. Quote

Actually Hardy lake is very close to Austin, it's a smallish State Campground, with a very fertile lake.. I've done very well on it. In the early 90's a over 50" musky was killed by a ski boat ( prop Nobody had a clue there was musky in there, DNR staff, were baffled.. Quote
