Any one have a lure or bait they use multiple ways ? I fish NY state and my home lake is erie so a good example would be using a tube bait as a dropshot  ( I dont do it but i have hear of people doing so?) Give me your secret! Detail with specific brands would be much appreciated. thanks.

I've used a squarebill like a jerkbait, craw like a buzzin' frog, curly tail worm as a jig trailer, buzzbait as a spinnerbait, and many more. It's up to your imagination.

I use and work many of my baits in different ways, but my soft plastics are the most versatile. I'm a tube junkie and it's likely the one bait I'm always experimenting with. The last thing I tried was using it on a shakey head. My most successful use was a creature tube used as a jig trailer. My two best fish of the season came off that combination two years ago.
